What is the Zenith Bank Beta Life Promo all about?

Zenith Bank Plc, Nigeria’s leading financial institution, has commenced the second edition of its “Zenith Beta Life Promo” to reward customers of the Bank with gifts every two weeks from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024.

During this period, twenty (20) customers will be selected via raffle draw and rewarded with gifts worth NGN150,000.

The Promo is open to new and existing Zenith Bank customers with the following raffle qualifying criteria:

1. Maintain a minimum deposit of NGN5,000 for the period;
2. Request and collect a Zenith Bank Debit Card (virtual or physical).
3. Download and register on the Zenith Bank Mobile App or register for *966# EazyBanking.

What is the duration of the promo?
Promo starts from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024.

Who can participate in this Promo?
Participation is open to both new and existing individual customers of the Bank.
If you do not have a current or savings account with us, or have a dormant or zero balance account, this is the best time to open an account, fund or reactivate your account to win exciting rewards every week.

How do I enter the promo or qualify to win?

• Maintain a minimum deposit of NGN5,000 for the period;
• Request and collect a Zenith Bank Debit Card (virtual or physical).
• Download and register on the Zenith Bank Mobile App or register for *966# EazyBanking.

What rewards can I win in the promo?

There are twenty gifts worth N150,000 to be won by twenty (20) people bi-monthly.

How will rewards be shared in this promo? 

• Rewards will be allocated to the winning accounts chosen via raffle draw by our computer program designed specifically for the purpose of the Promotion.
• The random selection and allocation of Prizes to the respective Winning Customers will be verified by external auditors.

Customers must maintain an active account with N5000, get a card and register for USSD or download the mobile app to become a winner.

Note: If funds are not withdrawn from the account for the period of the promo, your account remains eligible.

You can get a card (virtual card and physical card) by dialing *966*2273# or *966# on your phone and following the prompts, or
You can log on to our website or Internet Banking and follow the prompts, or
You can obtain a card instantly as soon as you walk into any of our branches.

How do I fund my zero balance account?

• You can transfer into your account or
• You can visit a branch to deposit money into your account.

How do I reactivate my dormant account?

• You can dial *966*0# or *966# and follow the prompts.
• You will need to fill a simple form at any of our branches and then make a deposit via any of the available channels.

If I am an existing customer, do I need to open a new account to participate in the promo?
No, if your account is an Individual account and not a corporate account

Can I withdraw money during this promo?
Yes, you can withdraw money from your account during the promotion. However, you will be required to maintain the required balance in your account to qualify.

How will I know I have won?

• You will receive SMS stating your progress via your registered mobile number with the Bank to notify you of your eligibility.
• You will be contacted by your branch informing you that you have won as well as when and how to receive your rewards.

Can I win again if I have already won in the previous week?
This is possible. However, you are encouraged to make additional deposits in subsequent weeks.
